The Priority Pass info for the AF-KL ORD lounge says it wants "smart casual dress at all times" but "no shorts, vests, baseball caps or football shirts allowed". The Swissport lounge across from it -- which can be accessed via Priority Pass -- says "Dress code applicable (shoes required for entry)".

The "no vests" part hasn't been enforced.
