This can be a good deal if done correctly. If you sign up for Gexa, the rate will be higher if you do it on the OnePass plan. I am on the regular (ie, non-OnePass plan). However, I received with my bill this month a form for signing up to receive the 2 for 1 miles.

I called to ask about it since nothing on the form indicated that my rate would increase. At first, the csr said my rate would change, but after talking to someone else she told me that for existing customers, the rate will remain the same. So I have sent my form in this week and I will see what happens.
