Bigger question is... Why on earth wanting to go to Pattaya?
I have a flight booked into BKK in November. Does not look like Bangkok will be quarantine free until after the 1st of the year. Would considered Pattaya for the 5 days if I can get there without jumping thru hoops. Never been there. Been to Bangkok several times. I figure a few days at the Hilton or IC would be ok ?
