FWIW, if you have TSA Pre and Global Entry, arrival and departure service was pretty useless at SFO. I’ve never had a queue for TSA Pre and I’ve always been among the first out of immigration.
Baggage claim is an issue, but service doesn’t help there. SFO just doesn’t care about priority bags and when you get them is just a question of luck. Almost every time I’ve checked a bag I’ve waited for it to arrive at the belt rather than vice versa.
Departure service at JFK was good (skipping the security line through a special room). Arrival service wasn’t useful for me because Global Entry meant it was a 1 minute affair and baggage claim was excellent (F/HON tagged bags would always come out first).
