No upgrades for Plats. As Manager on Duty told me, as Marriott Downtown understand terms, Platinum members can recieve one tier upgrade only. In case of standart room you can recieve upgrade to standart room "with view".
I don’t suppose showing the MoD the actual terms, or escalating to a general manager helped at all?
Were there rooms available in higher categories than what you booked?
