Last time I checked was 2021-05-20 and the LH Lounge was closed still. Of all the lounges both in T2 A and B compound, the only one open is Plaza Premium Lounge. Check out yourself if you're eligible to enter for free (for example priority pass and certain credit cards give you free access, apart from the correct outbound ticket with the appropriate airline), otherwise paid entry is possible both separately for showers only and/or for a minimum stay of 2 hrs. The showers are quite alright, nothing like a LH/LX First shower, but enough. The lounge also offers warm food (often two to three pre-cooked meals) and delicious apple crumble cakes. It's really not an issue with any domestic rules prohibiting lounges to stay open and even serve food I find traveling around Europe and Asia, it's more the airlines' willingness to pay for those lounges. And LH/LX certainly stopped expenditures on most of their partner lounges or even their own lounges. Any local regulations bear little legal implications on air-side lounges, but it's been used as a convenience to quiesce obstreperous frequent flyers .

I'll check again if the LH lounge reopens on 2021-05-30.
