To add on that topic, I was connecting from 2E to 2F last Saturday morning, and it took me 1.20h to clear Security and Immigration controls at CDG, despite flying in J and having SkyPriority benefits. The priority lane was not opened, and only 1 lane for security was operating with at least 100 passengers before me.
I am glad I had a 3-hour layover!
Last week, the security agents at 2E/2F crossings told me that there were discussion about
further staff reduction. Same as you, only one lane was open. That doesn't bode well for this summer
