At least, you could clear security twice and visit the American Airlines Admirals Club in Terminal 8 at JFK while at some outstations like IAD, EWR there are no open lounges for BA travelers.
I guess you could but that's a lot of hassle and you'd need plenty of time. Given the competitiveness of the JFK route, the lack of business travel and the upcoming new entrant, one would have hoped that BA would want to make a small effort. Clearly not.
