It's really interesting that other European carriers like Lufthansa, Air France/KLM and Turkish Airlines have their US lounges open for their customers ( even with limited service ), while BA and VS are the only major European carrier that didn't re-open their US lounges.

At least, you could clear security twice and visit the American Airlines Admirals Club in Terminal 8 at JFK while at some outstations like IAD, EWR there are no open lounges for BA travelers.
