I had made a pie to go with dinner, but lunch was late so the pie was dinner. Raisin a la mode. One of my all time favorites. . I almost burnt the crumb topping.
I should have put foil over it or watched it more closely.
I have never had raisin pie nor do I remember seeing it anywhere. The crumb topping looks beautiful.
I guess I am going to have to keep an eye out for it now.
