I'm in touch with their Director of Rooms and sent the GM an email. Across the board, the team is very green, but lying is universally wrong and inexcusable. If you're going to tell a lie, at least say something that can't be independently verified online.
Anyone ever experience this type of downgrade as a Globalist? A downgrade that was even worst than the room you booked? It certainly made me question why they would choose me to downgrade.
