You may be asked to show COVID-19 paperwork at the gate before boarding, depends on what the restrictions will be. Boarding may start a few minutes earlier than normal in that scenario. A lot can change between now and July, but as things stand 100 minutes is fine on one PNR, and the minimum remains 60 minutes.
