Thanks to everyone that helped BBRebozo figure out his problem. In order to get the USA Today version out as quickly as possible, I had to make some compromises. One of those was to require a 1024x768 resolution in order to show the necessary ads and USA Today content. We've ended up with a lot more users running at 800x600 than I expected. The biggest problem at that resolution is that the "Update account balances" and "Update users & accounts" buttons/tabs are completely hidden so users are understandably confused. In an upgrade the other day, I added an alert that explains the resolution issue to affected users but it'll probably be a bit before MileTracker is easy to run at a lower resolution.
