With respect to the TR in the OP, I have to say that the chicken dish with the glue rice looks disgusting based solely on the picture.

ETA: This is the Hainan Chicken (Singapore style) from the chain restaurant in the basement of the mall across the street from my place. It only costs $8. I'm sure it is 10x more tasty than the UA version:
