Ah, but have you tasted it? It is fantastic. There is nothing frozen in this dish, it was very fresh and was usually served within 60 min of takeoff out of IAH. It's strongly reminiscent of the street food in Bangkok.
It's funny, but the best food that I've ever had in my life was freshly prepared in front of me by street hawkers in Bangkok and Singapore, and it was cheap, while some of the worst food I've ever had was at Michelin-starred restaurants.
