If you booked the family room with the desire for the 2 beds then there is nothing else in the hotel in a higher category that offers that. Different story if you wanted a king bed + crib (not clear how many children you have)
Regardless, communication with the hotel about needs of children would always be appreciated by the property

That is SO helpful, thank you! We have a 4 year old and a 16 month old. Ideally the baby will sleep in a crib and the 4 year old in her own bed. We thought about a small suite but it doesn’t sound like there are rooms there that may fit our needs.
