It seems I need to walk that one back - which adds even more fuel to the concerns about declining F+B quality at United.

I think it's getting so bad at United, I would probably ask 'why even bother'? I guess those corporate contracts and hub-hostages are keeping Kirby's bank account going, so who cares about the product.
