Are Caesars preferred taxi lines a thing of the past?

I had a stay at Paris last month and fortunately didn't need to depend on taxi's or ubers that stay outside of getting there from the Airport.

Ubers are almost a half hour wait now and a lot of people are taking cabs now. The line was crazy at the taxi stand the two times my friend picked me up and I noticed they no longer had the line for VIP, Diamond and Seven Seas there any longer and didn't see it at Caesars or Harrahs either.

Is this a benefit that is gone for good or just temporarily suspended due to covid? This is a benefit that can't be costing them a penny since I think they used the same valet for that line. That was a great benefit and on the years I couldn't make diamond would get the credit card spend in for the MVP card for just that benefit and the fast line benefit at the buffets.
