If you read the posts by those who actually have been traveling there are lots of complaints about the current service, including inconsistent response times, inability to accomplish anything, canned responses backing the property, and in some instances downright hostility. I've experienced most of these. I find the service totally worthless (and totally different from my experiences with my Hyatt concierge).
I can second that. They basically do not respond - at least not within reasonable time on emails, even on reminders. The service is basically non-existent. Effectively, their promise is a fraudulent empty marketing gimmick. I couldnˋt have imagined that it is so bad, when I qualified for it. Fool me once, but not twice -I will mostly avoid Marriott in the future. Hyatt concierge is galaxies ahead in terms of reliability.
