Had a one night stay last night booked for an event at SSE which now moved to 2022 . Kept the booking as cheap £73 .
Preupgraded three days beforehand to preferred suite on 8th floor .
Executive lounge is closed drinks voucher for house wines or non premium spirits given in Skybar . Bar and hotel was busier than I expected lots of contractors staying .
Breakfast is pre ordered and you have to book a time slot .
Staff were very attentive (I was recognised by a few is that a good or bad thing lol ) Cold items bought out then hit preordered items .
No Buffett and all items are bought to you at your table .
Given a takeaway bag of goodies - throughly recommend the orange juice (it’s Australian )
Overall a good stay - good upgrade , staff very attentive and breakast good .
