What is the current thinking on luxury options in Melbourne?

New W looks interesting, but the early reviews are beyond terrible. I've never loved the city west of Russell St, or Southbank particularly. Thinking PH might be the best option?

Also kind of intrigued by Zagame's House and what seems to be a reinvented Adelphi, if anyone has had any experiences there!
