My company has booked me on a Qatar flight from New York to Khatmandhu on Qatar Airways. They booked me in economy. I have a lot of AAdvantage miles. Can I use them for an upgrade to business on Qatar? If not could I open a Qatar Frequent Flyer account and somehow transfer miles into it and then book the upgrade through their program?
