Just called about retention on Altitude Reserve, and was offered lower APR, downgrade to Go or Connect, or 1000 points. Took 1000 points. Also inquired about Radisson card, where AF also posted recently, was also offered lower APR, or downgrade to no AF card, no bonus points or statement credits were offered. Kept the card. My yearly spend on AR was close to $24k, 99% was in 3x categories, no spend on Radisson card.
