Does anyone happen to know the Hyatt policy on booking premium rooms with points? For instance, on dates that I'm looking for here, the normal "premium suites" are available for sale, but the Hyatt website (and twitter rep) are saying those rooms aren't available for points bookings due to "capacity limits." I understand all standard rooms must be available for points bookings, and assumed premium rooms should be as well. Is this not the case?
