Rates are kinds weird... Right now I'm looking at mid-August... AAA rate is $537 (or 60k points) at Waikoloa Village, and $224 (or 110k points) for Ocean Tower. Glad I booked two nights Ocean Tower (after a 5 night point stay at Waikoloa) earlier in March, for $167/night!

Looking at longer than a two night stay, and rates go to $278 for Ocean Tower, plus $40/night resort fee, plus taxes. Makes a points reservation all the more enticing, with waived resort fee, no taxes, and 5th night free!
