The website shows the hotel is open, although I have not stayed there recently so can't comment on services. There is no club here and breakfast in the restaurant is offered instead. The Hyatt House is not "right next door" . It's 2 blocks away and I understand that unlike the HR, its rooms do not have direct views of the Hudson.
