Would you consider doing both? You could easily do 5 nights at the LM then 10 nights at the STR/RC/W. We are doing something similar but 5 nights LM, 5 nights STR, and 5 nights Park Hyatt.
That's a good thought and something we considered, though would prefer to stay all 10 nights (possibly more) at one property.
