Is the titanium line just a priority queue for normal Marriott CS? Is the platinum line available for all Bonvoy members? I’ve seen conflicting things on the second question. Articles and TOS say it is only for Platinum elites but it is listed on the back of my Bonvoy Brilliant and Bonvoy Business cards as the member support line.
Just had a very annoying issue that Twitter CS, normal phone customer support, AND the hotel itself could not fixed. Called the Titanium line and they corrected the mistake without any problems. Did I just get lucky?
