I never connected T5-T2, but now that BA has cancelled ny LHR-CDG, and I need to fo it when arriving from HKG. BA refused to rebook my F award HKG-LHR-CDG on AF (LHR-CDG) or any other airline including LH/LX. I kept the HKG-LHR and bought an AF ticket LHR-CDG . I hope I can OLCI AF, if not that eTicket will be sufficient to reach T2 transfer desk.
As my connection time is short, I am trying to get the fastest way (HBO).

Despite an hour search, I could not find the link. Does the T5-T2 shuttle runs T5 A-B-C then T2? And where would it stop at B and C?
