Yes, in my experience (not sure how the pandemic may be affecting the situation) the properties were able to coordinate or assist. Federal Air had a dedicated separate lounge at the airport in Johannesburg and flew charters and short hop flights to some of the reserves. There was service to and from Singita, Sabi Sabi, Londolozi, Mala Mala/Rattrays, and other Sabi Sand properties and other reserves. Strict luggage restrictions were the main issue; it was a worthwhile trade off for the convenience. Happy and safe travels!
