Altitude Reserve annual fee $400 just posted. Tried for a bonus last year and got nothing. Called today and was offered a downgrade to a new $95 card. Said I wasn't interested and looking to cut the number of cards and was asking for a point or spending bonus. Was told only options were downgrade or cancel. Will try again in two weeks but will almost certainly keep card as we spend a lot at Costco and spend is worth 4.5 cents using mobile wallet and travel expenses....
