From Tokyo Central, how would one get to the hotel? What line does one take to get to Shimbashi RR and Monorail stns and then transfer to the monorail which would get one to Takeshiba station and the IC? Seems the bus might be a lot simpler for the same price. Particularly if one is not familiar with the Tokyo mass transit system.
