My flight is in 2 weeks, but it was pushed back and now lands only 30min before the Hertz rental closes at Sky Harbor. The rental location is a short shuttle away so I doubt we will make it before it closes. I called Hertz (almost impossible to talk to a live person, but I got one!), but they were just a corporate customer service employee and didn't actually work for the Sky Harbor branch. I cannot get ahold of them directly. They said that they would stay open for 2 hours after my flight lands since I added my flight information. I am an anxious traveler. Can I trust this? Has anyone had a similar experience?
