GarudaSoars raising this issue. My statement closed April 13. It clearly said 4500 bonus points. It has not yet posted. I called Chase today who has opened a case with their desk who is the liaison with Marriott.
Chase called me today. Their liasion desk contacted Marriott who confirmed that they have received the 4500 points. So the holdup is on Marriott's end. The Chase rep said to give it 30 days. Well, it was on my April 13 statement so that's clearly insufficient. I'll wait another month. If I don't have points by then, I'll contact Marriott.
