In Orlando we received points for the spa but did not receive points for the beauty salon. We also received points for valet parking.

I agree that the hotel should find a way to advise people they will not recieve points for services/activities before they are used.

Thank you very much Mary! As I recall, one receives points for the spa at Maui. I just can't locate my wife's prior bill from that hotel.
