Indeed, and I expect the trend will continue. It's taken a long time to reach BA, but some of us have been warning for years that it would. Like King Canute's demonstration, there is no point trying to defy the laws of science.

If you're lucky enough to benefit from the restrictions, then good for you - but it would be a mistake to think that it's only "credit card junkies" who will be disadvantaged.
