It really depends on the route and the aircraft type which the OP is flying.
It might not be possible to get quads during OLCI on popular routes like DOH-MLE.
Still looking at a few options destination wise, but definitely flying out and back to MNL. I don't think MNL-DOH is officially a Qsuites route but QR website was showing 3-quad Qsuite config when I tried to book. Also a bunch of trip reports with Qsuites flying out of MNL these past few months. Hopefully it lasts at least for the rest of the year!
