Out of 10 flights (EU and ex-EU) in the past 3 weeks, I couldn't do a single OLCI. LHR could be different, but I wouldn't count on it unless some fellow FTer successfully did it very recently.

Good luck for your way back. Is F a hard requirement for you?
KLM still flies the HKG -> BKK -> AMS westbound route with passengers, and you could easily transfer to CDG from AMS.
It's currently flying 787s every other day so you could even get decent J with 1-2-1 layout.
