Look at ITA Matrix, where you will see the full fare rules for I / D.
I'm not sure what you're aiming for though. The restricted conditions will definitely apply to the outbound and you can likely change flights on the inbound (perhaps with a small fee if it's semi-flex).
What you probably can't do without a reprice is fly the outbound and then try to get a full refund for the inbound.
