Hello,
My child's first GE interview was when he was around 2 years old.His fingerprint didn't work,didn't capture even though we tried at the time. I just got his card renewed and approved for another 5 years without interview along with his Mom=my wife.. Should he now be taken to any CBP GE center for fingerprint? Any pros on doing this? Thanks. Mine is now saying I can renew online.
