The Elite level benefits of additional driver and two category upgrade is definitely value for me. But can't find in the T&Cs whether OTA and third party bookings still qualify for Elite benefits.
Only non-prepaid OTA bookings qualify where they allow you to apply your Europcar Privilege Club member number at the time of booking. Most bookings on Rentalcars.com are prepaid and thus do not qualify. No harm in asking at the rental counter, of course, but they are under no obligation to honor the benefits.
