While I'm frankly quite upset that DL decided to pull out from MNL entirely (especially given their large FF base in the Philippines and the relatively loyalty of Filipinos to DL), they should have no reason to reaccommodate you especially since they're the ones who pulled out of MNL in the first place.
I'm betting they'll be back. It's just right now it cant be justified.
