Twitter worked and was the only way to get the 5 free nights certificates returned after hotel cancellation. Calling five times did NOT work. Now i am told that i need to call bonvoy BEFORE i cancel free night reservation in order for them to be DETACHED from the reservation and returned. REALLY ??
