Portugal entry requirements - RT-PCR Saliva versus swab test?

I'm travelling to Lisbon on Wednesday and have booked an RT-PCR test with Halo at LHR for later today in order to enter Portugal. Digging into it, it seems it's a saliva PCR test. All the Portuguese government info implies that you just need an RT-PCR test within 48 hours to enter Portugal, but I've just read on the UK GOV page that it MUST be a nasal swab. Now I'm getting really anxious about it. Does anyone have any confirmed information?
