Was your transaction listed as a flight with passenger name in your Amex account? A $97 flight I booked a couple days ago reads that way so I'm worried it won't trigger the credit. I've never had my SW flight show up as an actual flight on Amex before, and I always got the credit previously, so I'm concerned about this new feature.
