It's more than a remodel, they're adding a new third wing.
The original low-rise motel wing opened in 1972 as the Cross Keys Inn. The tower was added in 1982, when it became the Columbia Inn. It became a Sheraton in 1998 and closed in 2019 for renovations and the addition of the new wing.
