Regarding the Destiantion options in Wailea, Maui, the difference is :

1) Through Hyatt, you don't get to reserve a specific condo, but the 2 night deposit is refundable
2) If you book direct via Destination you can reserve a specific condo, and the 2 night deposit isn't refundable.
