Does anyone can guess how things develop in the near future, I m thinking of going to Lappland again this summer, any chance borders will be open in July?
One data point.
Last summer Finland opened it's borders for 14 day and then shut them down immediately.
So, I cannot recommend to commit to any travel to Finland this summer.
