In normal times:

ANU-SKB-ANU We/Sa
ANU-TAB-ANU Mo/Fr
ANU-PLS-ANU Th/Su
UVF-GND-UVF We/Sa
UVF-POS-UVF Mo/Tu/Th/Fr/Su
NAS-GCM-NAS Mo/Fr/Su

In covid times these can be somewhat different.

You can play around with Google flights to work out which combinations work best for you. They're all BA 777 operated flights with seats bookable in World Traveller, World Traveller Plus and Club World. Sector lengths vary from 45 minutes (ANU-SKB) to 2.5hrs (ANU-PLS/NAS-GCM) and everything in between. In reality ANU-SKB is no more than 20 minutes airborne. There's zero reason to book Club as there's no service on this sector except a bottle of water and a pack of nuts handed out before take off.

Keep in mind these flights originate and return to London, the departure time ex Caribbean 'hub' tends to be mid afternoon with the return back to hub early evening. Therefore you might need to plan an overnight in ANU/NAS/UVF for example before continuing back to the US the following day. I can think of worse things to do than spending a couple of long weekends in the Caribbean!
