We might have hit it at a really slow time because it was just a few days after New Year's Eve (which we celebrated on the cruise ship), so I think they were pretty quiet. But we do get lots of upgrades at Hiltons - some unasked for, some we do ask, but we're never disappointed if they say no.
I haven't stayed there in a long time. They used to have a guy making omelttes at an area against the wall. IIRC last time I was there they no longer had the station but you could ask your server if you wanted one.
I really enjoy being able to dine outside there. Weather is usually very pleasant at breakfast time.
The one thing I didn't like was they were usually stingy with late check outs (to be fair they were usually fully booked and did give me a 1 p.m. checkout one time when they weren't) but are great about keying your card so you can use the pool and I believe they have a shower you can use if you want to shower and change before your flight.
I think the staff is great there.
